Pet concert edition · In development

Little paws.
Big stage energy.

Tiny Desk AI is an upcoming way to turn a cat or dog photo into an original, AI-generated desk-side concert—with your pet as the star.

A first look, for now. Photo uploads, video creation and payments are not open yet.

The idea

A small room.
A whole lot of personality.

Think padded headphones, a bright red keyboard and a bookshelf full of character. A happy close-up on the lead pet, then a cut to an animal sax player. We’re building a playful pet performance around that setting, with newly generated music and a cast of fictional animals.

01 / THE PHOTO

Your pet, center stage.

The planned starting point is one clear cat or dog photo you own or have permission to use. A visible face, good light and an unobstructed body give the scene a clearer starting point.

02 / THE SESSION

A band of their own.

The scene is designed around a cozy desk, expressive pet close-ups and an animal ensemble. No real performer’s face or concert footage is needed.

03 / THE KEEPSAKE

A little concert to keep.

The planned result is a short portrait video with generated instrumental music. Creation, preview and download are still being developed; availability and pricing will be published when ready.

Before the first encore

A few things
to know.

Can I make a pet concert right now?

Not yet. This is the public preview of Tiny Desk AI. We are still preparing photo uploads, video creation and payments. There is no sign-up, upload or checkout on this site, and no launch date has been promised.

What exactly is the image on this page?

It is a real AI-generated first frame prepared for this project on October 26, 2026. The lead is our own original fictional corgi, not a customer’s pet. The scene was generated using Google Nano Banana 2 via fal and reviewed before publication. It is a still image, not proof of a completed video.

What kind of pet photo is the project designed for?

One clear photo of a cat or dog, with the face visible and enough room around the pet. Use a photo you own or have permission to use. The planned experience does not require you to upload a reference performance or choose a model.

Will the concert use a famous song or performer?

No. The planned sound is newly generated instrumental music, without an existing commercial recording or artist voice clone. The animal scene is original; we are not reproducing an NPR concert or offering a celebrity impersonation.

Is Tiny Desk AI affiliated with NPR?

No. This is an independent AI pet-concert project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NPR, Tiny Desk, or any recording artist.

How is this connected to GenBay?

We also operate GenBay, where you can explore more AI photo and video effects. Tiny Desk AI is a separate site. Its future accounts and credits will be independent; a GenBay balance will not carry over. For now, GenBay’s contact page is our shared help channel.
